I went on a health kick this morning and made myself a smoothie bowl. This was my first time having one and I’m a fan. A big fan and it surprised me! Eating something cold with a spoon that had a soup like texture kind of freaked me out, but here we are (I know, I like ice cream, it’s just different, okay). I got all of my ingredients from Aldi, delivered to me…because I couldn’t get to the grocery store before I had a 9 month old…now throw her into the mix and the grocery store and I are officially broken up…can’t say I’m too torn up about it.
Anywho, the below ingredients are alllll from Aldi, because Aldi is the BEST. If you know me at all, you know I have a great love for Aldi.
This is my version of a smoothie bowl. You could get super fancy with it, but let’s all remember that life is crazy and we all don’t have time to fresh squeeze lemon juice or buy a persian cucumber…
Ok, getting to the main point…and you can see my measurements are extremely precise…its a smoothly, not much you can mess up.
